This link provides the ability to let Tweed Minor Hockey know how the season went for your child, it is a Google Docs Form for each child Atom aged and up to fill out anonymously to provide us with important information on how the season went. The survey is only 5-6 questions long, and should only take you a few minutes! Your voice is very important. TMHA urges you to please submit your coaching evaluation survey.
